We require all customers to complete a booking form with owners contact information.
If your cat requires medication you shall be asked to complete a medication form.
Please arrive at the exact time for drop off/ collection that your confirmation texts states.
Cats shall not be boarded without an up to date vaccination certificate (no exceptions)
All cats must be immunised against feline enteritis and feline flu.
We ask that all worming and flea treatments (must be veterinary products) are up to date and if whilst in the care of the Cattery, treatment is deemed necessary , all costs shall be charged to the owner.
Owners shall appreciate that this procedure is essential in order to safeguard the health of all the cats boarded.
It is your responsibility to furnish all relevant medical history when making your booking.
Vet journeys necessary due to any undisclosed medical conditions shall be charged at £20.00 per journey, plus all veterinary fees shall be charged to the owner.
Any cat taken ill during its stay shall be treated by our vet – Lurgan Veterinary Clinic, all costs shall be payable by the cat owner.
We do not accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months of age.
We are very experienced in dealing with cats and their medication, whilst we are prepared to administer any medication as prescribed by a Vet, we shall do so with the utmost care, but we shall not accept any liability for problems arising as a result of the medication administered.
Every care and precaution shall be taken to safeguard the health and well-being of all cats boarded with us.
CATS ARE BOARDED ENTIRELY AT THE OWNERS RISK
All cats must be in good health at the time of arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if your cat is showing any signs of illness.
When cats are boarded we do not operate a visiting policy.
All cats must be transported in a suitable secure pet carrier.
We request that all cat collars are removed prior to arrival.
Any cat wearing a collar shall have it removed for the duration of the stay for safety reasons.
Please ensure you bring enough food for the duration of the stay.
For any customers that have not provided enough food, there shall be a £10 charge added to your balance plus the cost of the food.
All unopened, unused food is returned to the owner upon collection of your cat.
In the event of an early return, full payment is required for all the days booked.
A £20.00 (NON – REFUNDABLE & NON – TRANSFERABLE) deposit is required (per room) for all bookings.
All deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
(NO ROOMS ARE CONFIRMED) until a deposit has been paid.
